PROCLAMATION.

Governor.

By His Excellency Sir WILLIAM PEEL, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander in Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice Admiral of the same.

Whereas by the fourth section of the Supreme Court (Admiralty Procedure) Amendment Ordinance, 1932 (Ordin- ance No. 33 of 1932), it is provided that the said Ordinance shall not come into operation unless and until the Governor notifies by Proclamation His Majesty's pleasure thereon, and that thereafter it shall come into operation upon such day as the Governor shall notify by the same or any other

Proclamation:

Now I, the said Sir WILLIAM PEEL, do hereby proclaim that it is His Majesty's pleasure not to disallow the said Ordinance, and that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on the 15th day of April, 1933.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony of Hong Kong, this 7th day of April, 1933.
